Who can join?
Tibi is a library for children, young people, adults, and students with print disabilities.

Anyone who has difficulty reading visual text and printed books due to a disability or illness may apply to become a borrower at Tibi.
Causes of reading difficulties may be:
- Vision impairment that cannot be corrected with glasses
- Dyslexia or other reading difficulties
- ADHD
- Physical impairments (e.g., CP, ME, Parkinson’s)
- Cognitive or speech challenges from illness or injury
Note: Tibi’s services are not intended for learning Norwegian. To borrow materials, you must have documented reading difficulties, not just language challenges.
Temporary membership
You can register for one year if you need talking books temporarily due to illness or injury.
